This will depend on a number of factors including how many there are, how long ago they occurred, whether they are satisfied, and if so how long ago they were satisfied, what type of borrowing they were on, and what value of payment was missed. There are lenders that will lend to people with recent CCJs but the interest rates are likely to be significantly higher than for someone with a perfect credit history.
