After entering your email address, we'll ask you for some basic information about:
your property search or property
your employment
your credit history
your Booster (if you're using a guarantor to support your purchase)
You'll have the opportunity to add a second applicant to your plan, too.
Once you've created a recommendation, you'll have an account with Tembo!
You can edit your recommendation, for example changing the term length or mortgage type. And you can also create an entirely new recommendation if you want to experiment with different deposit sizes or what adding a Booster would do to your affordability.
Note that creating a Tembo recommendation will not impact your credit score in anyway.
