You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data from the Tembo Lifetime ISA app. This enables you to ask for personal data to be deleted where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it.

Note that we may not always be able to erasure your data for specific legal reasons that - if relevant - will be communicated to you at the time of your request. This includes whereby you hold a notice account with us.

If you want to remove your data, please contact our team at [email protected] with the email address you use to access the app, and we'll get the ball rolling.

You can also request this via the app by going to Get in touch > Savings (Lifetime Isa) > My Account > I'd like to close my account
