Statements for Cash ISA, Lifetime ISA and HomeSaver
To get a statement for a Tembo Lifetime ISA or Tembo easy access Cash ISA, simply follow the instructions below:
Open the Tembo app and go to Settings (bottom right-hand corner)
Click on ‘Account documents’
Click on ‘Statements’, then the account you need the statement from e.g. ‘Lifetime ISA’. You will then get an email with your latest statement.
Statements for Fixed Rate ISAs
Fixed Rate ISA statements are generated per term deposit. If you have multiple fixed-rate deposits running simultaneously, you will need to request a separate statement for each one following the steps below.
Open the Tembo app and select your Fixed Rate ISA from the 'My Account' section.
Locate the specific term deposit you need a statement for.
Tap on the deposit card to expand it (if the details are not fully visible).
Tap the More actions button located at the bottom right of the deposit card.
Select Statement from the menu that appears.
How will I receive it?
Once you have requested the statement, it will be automatically generated and sent to the email address registered to your account.
