How is interest paid on the Cash ISA?

Any interest you earn on your Cash ISA with us is calculated and compounded daily, then applied monthly, and will land straight into your Tembo Cash ISA account - Please note, interest can't be sent to a different account, including your linked bank account.

You will see it arrive in your account every month if your balance is more than £0.

Payment usually falls on the 8th working day of the current month, and covers any interest accrued in the previous calendar month.

So, if you added money into your Cash ISA in February 2026, you should be paid the interest earned on the 8th working day in March 2026, for example. This would mean your interest would land in your account on the 12th March.

You will be able to see both a record of past interest payments and the total bonus received in your Recent Activity section of your Cash ISA Account screen in app. To get there, click on your Cash ISA in the My Account section on the app's homepage.
