My bank doesn’t appear, what do I do?

If you want to set up a Lifetime ISA with Tembo and your bank doesn’t appear on the list of providers when signing up, you can transfer funds from another Lifetime ISA. However, you will not be able to add any more funds to the account unless you connect your Tembo account with an account from our list of accepted banks. These banks support open banking, which we require in order to fully onboard a new account and receive funds.
