If you've referred a friend to our savings app, you'll be able to check on the progress of those referrals within the Tembo app.
If a referral shows as 'Rejected - ineligible', it means it doesn't meet our Terms & Conditions, and therefore isn't eligible for a reward.
There are a few reasons this may happen, but it's most likely because:
The referee was already a Tembo savings customer (or had held an account with us in the past)
The referrer or referee no longer has an active account
The referrer or referee has a balance of below £500 in their Tembo account
