If a friend has signed up but they aren't appearing in your referral list at all, it usually means the digital ‘handshake’ between your accounts didn’t happen. This typically occurs if the unique referral link wasn't used during their sign-up.
How the link works
Our system is automated: it relies on your friend clicking your specific link before they download the app and create their account. If they go directly to the App Store or use a different link, the system won't know they were sent by you.
