On the Tembo app biometrics are used to log you in. If you have not enabled biometrics, or this is not available on your device - then your phone may fall back to using the phone PIN. Usually, the PIN will be the same one you use to log into your phone, unless you have set up a specific PIN for the Tembo app.

Some devices may also set up extra security steps such as requiring a PIN to open up an app. Unfortunately, this is outside our control as any additional security steps set up on your phone are set up or enabled by the customer.
