How do I log in to my Tembo mortgage account?

You can log in to your Tembo mortgage account here.

There's no password, so you'll just need to enter the email address you used to create your account and we'll send you an email with a magic link to log back in.

If you don't receive the email, please:

  • wait a few minutes

  • check your junk and spam folders

  • check that you've used the correct email address

How do I log in to my Tembo savings account?

You can log in to your Tembo savings account via the Tembo app. Your account uses authorised logins, such as using fingerprint or facial recognition to log into your Tembo app. This is the go-to authentication process for the majority of banking apps today.

Occasionally, your Tembo app may ask you to log in using a code which is sent to your email address. This is a just another way of authenticating your log-in.

If your Tembo app has sent a code to your email address, check your inbox (including junk and spam folders) for the code, then input this into the app.

Make sure you're using the latest code if you've requested more than one!

How do I set up face recognition for my account?

When you set up your Tembo account, you can enable fingerprint or facial recognition to log into your Tembo app. However, if your settings have disabled this feature, or your device is an older model it may not use fingerprint or facial recognition.

You can usually check what apps are allowed to use Face ID in the Settings in your phone. For example, to enable Face ID for apps on an iPhone, you can go to Settings > Face ID & Passcode > Other Apps. From there, you can toggle which apps use Face ID.

What should I do if I can't log in?

If you can't log in, for example, your code or magic link isn't working, or you're seeing an "Oops" error message in app, please get in touch with our team on live chat and we'll help you get up and running again.
