Tembo HomeSaver: 5.55% AER (This includes a 3.00% AER variable base rate + a 12-month introductory rate of 1.55% AER + a 1% HomeSaver bonus interest when taking a Tembo Mortgage. T&Cs apply).
1 Year Fixed ISA: 4.55% AER (Fixed for the duration of the term). For our loyalty customers (whose fixed ISA has matured already, the rate is 4.63% AER)
Cash Lifetime ISA (LISA): 4% AER (Variable).

Our HomeSaver Cash ISA:
5.5% AER (variable) - this is made up of a 2.8% variable base rate and a 2.7% fixed 12-month bonus rate, yours when you complete a mortgage with Tembo within 3 years.
Our Standard Cash ISA:
4% AER (variable) - this is made up of a 2.8% variable base rate and a 1.2% fixed 12-month introductory bonus rate.

While the rates listed above are our standard current offers for new accounts, the rate applied to your specific account might be different.
You can always check your current active rate directly within the "Accounts" section of the Tembo app.

AER explained: AER stands for Annual Equivalent Rate. It shows what the interest rate would be if interest was paid and compounded each year, making it easier for you to compare different accounts.
