If you have a Tembo Cash ISA, your referral reward will land in this account. If you don’t have a Tembo Cash ISA, your reward will land in your Tembo Lifetime ISA, so watch out for this.

If your friend has completed all the steps, but the referral is still marked as ‘pending’ in your app, don’t worry. This is usually because they have a payment which hasn’t been confirmed yet. Once their payment is confirmed, the referral will show as complete in your app. This is usually the next working day if they’ve paid in as a deposit - transfers from other providers can take longer.

You can’t opt to receive your reward in another linked account - it must land in your Tembo Cash ISA or Lifetime ISA.

Please be aware that while you can invite as many friends as you like through our referral scheme, only the first 5 completed referrals per month will be eligible for a reward for the referrer. Rewards after the first 5 completed referrals per month will only be paid to the referee.
