If you have a Tembo Cash ISA, your referral reward will land in this account. If you don’t have a Tembo Cash ISA, your reward will land in your Tembo Lifetime ISA, so watch out for this.
If your friend has completed all the steps, but the referral is still marked as ‘pending’ in your app, don’t worry. This is usually because they have a payment which hasn’t been confirmed yet. Once their payment is confirmed, the referral will show as complete in your app. This is usually the next working day if they’ve paid in as a deposit - transfers from other providers can take longer.
