When you share a referral link with a friend, they have 30 days to sign up and fund a Tembo Cash ISA or Tembo Lifetime ISA with £500 or more for you and them to qualify for a referral reward.

You can see if your friends have completed their referrals by going to “My referrals’ in the Tembo app. Here, you’ll also be able to see which friends still need to finish setting up and funding their Tembo account - and how many days they have left to do this. It might be the link has expired, and you’ll need to refer them again.

If your friend has completed all the steps, but you can’t see them on your referrals in the app, check with them that they signed up to Tembo using your referral link. If they signed up without using your referral link, then you won’t get a referral reward for them.
