Here’s what happens when you move your ISA from Tembo to a new provider:
1️⃣ Your new provider starts the transfer
They’ll contact us directly to request your ISA funds.
2️⃣ We’ll receive their request
To keep things smooth, we ask providers to send all communications by email (post can cause delays).
3️⃣ You’ll confirm the transfer
We’ll email you to check you’re happy for us to go ahead. We can’t proceed without your confirmation.
4️⃣ We’ll transfer your funds
Transfers usually complete within 15 working days - often sooner. If there’s a delay, we’ll keep you updated.
5️⃣ Your ISA will close (if you all select a full transfer of your funds)
If you transfer your full balance, your Easy Access Cash ISA will close and disappear from the Tembo app and you won't be able to reopen this account.
Don’t worry any other accounts with us will stay open and accessible.
