Check all folders: Take a look in your Spam, Junk, Bin, Updates, or Promotions folders.
Search your inbox: Search for "Tembo" or "Log in to Tembo" to see if the email was filed automatically.
Double-check the address: Ensure you entered the exact email address registered to your Tembo account (e.g., did you use
.co.ukinstead of.com?).Clear the queue: If you requested the link multiple times, delete all the old "Log in" emails. Then, request one new link and wait for that specific email to arrive.
Advanced email troubleshooting
If you have tried the basics and the email is still missing, your email provider might be blocking us completely.
