The fastest way to reach our mortgage and savings team is via our live chat, which is available on the Tembo website and the Tembo Lifetime ISA app. During work hours, our typical response time is within 3-minutes, although more complex enquiries can take longer than this.

If you've not spoken to us before and you're looking for mortgage advice, we always encourage you to first complete a Tembo recommendaton online which takes less than 10-minutes and doesn't run a credit check. Once you've created a recommendation, you'll be invited to book an appointment with one of the team.
