We do not arrange second or third charge mortgages. We could either add you on to the existing mortgage or re-mortgage the whole loan into one product (our brokers would arrange this for you). Our general guidelines for a Deposit Boost is that if there is more than a 60% LTV the booster would likely be unable to proceed. However, for an Income Boost there is more flexibility.
