Your Tembo Savings account does not come with a sort code and account number, so you cannot send funds directly from your bank to Tembo via BACS (Faster Payments).
The bank account number and sort-code showing on your bank statement for payments to Tembo is a payment processing account and is not suitable for customers to make direct payments into. Any payments sent to this account will be automatically returned to your account within 7 working days.
To top up your Tembo account, you must link your bank via the app and follow the in-app journey, we do not support direct bank transfers.
