Connecting to my bank isn't working, what do I do?

There could be a few reasons why you cannot connect to your bank on the Tembo app:

  1. Your bank might be temporarily blocking the connection for security reasons.

  2. There might be a technical glitch in the open banking connection.

To resolve this, you can try:

  1. Breaking down large deposits into smaller amounts (£1,000-£2,000) if applicable.

  2. Contacting your bank to ensure they're not blocking payments to us.
