Can I delete my data from the app?

You have the right to request the erasure of your personal data from the Tembo Savings app. This enables you to ask for personal data to be deleted where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it.

Note that we may not always be able to erasure your data for specific legal reasons that - if relevant - will be communicated to you at the time of your request. This includes whereby you hold a notice account with us.

If you want to remove your data, please contact our team at savings team at [email protected] with the email address you use to access the app, and we'll get the ball rolling.

If you would like your data to be deleted from our mortgages systems please contact our mortgages team at [email protected] or contact your advisor directly.
